All our whale watching tours, wildlife holidays and safaris all over the world are listed below:

Whether its the gentle giants of the oceans, the playful and inquisitive dolphins of the shallows, the elusive and intriguing porpoises, or the very secretive and rarely seen beaked whales; cetaceans have firmly set themselves as some of the biggest attractions in Eco-tourism around the world. So of course Royle Safaris offer a huge selection of whale watching holidays and tours all over the world. Our zoologist guides have carefully researched and planned each of our safaris and whale watching holidays so that we are in the right place at the right time for these beautiful creatures.

As a company we have been involved in the establishment of whale watching in Sri Lanka where the most commonly and reliably seen Blue Whales live, as well as large populations of Sperm Whales. We have options to see many of the world’s whales and dolphins including trips to several of the world’s hotspots for whale watching, such as Hermanus, South Africa; the Bay of Biscay, Spain; Monterrey Bay, USA and Peninsula Valdes, Argentina.

As most whale watching is seasonal, it is important to know the right place and time to make the most of migrations and breeding seasons, which is why all of our whale watching tours are specific to certain times of year and are carefully planned and designed by whale biologists and other researchers with experience of whale behaviour.

We have whale watching holidays ranging from the famous beaching orcas of Argentina’s rugged Patagonian coastline; to the congregating white beluga whales whom gather in Churchill River, Canada, and use the freshwater to help remove dead skin and parasites; to days spent on the water on either the east of west coast of Scotland to find the best of British cetaceans or you can decide to come with us to Sri Lanka to try and find the largest animal to have ever lived…the blue whale.

So have a look below and if you want more information and our special whale watching holidays brochure don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.

All these tours are available on other dates (subject to availability) than the dates listed. Please contact us to arrange a tour on a date which suits you.

Fact of the Day

Only one species of frog actually makes a rebbit noise; it is the Californian tree-frog and is responsible for everyone associating the call with all frogs as it is the one recorded by Hollywood and used in all movies
