One of the largest countries of the all and one of the least inhabitated, but this is also one of the best places in the world for birding. With thousands of birds migrating though the vast expanses of steppe and mountains here there are birds at every turn. Travelling around this vast country is true exploration and you can be assured to be one of only a handful of people to have visited this country. We equip ourselves with expert local guides and your zoologist guide will bring camera traps and other technology to see the wildlife which wanders this land during the silent nights.

Migrating birds make Kazakhstan one of the best destinations in Asia for birding and our expert local guides are perfectly suited to spot all of the rarest and hard to see birds. Basing ourselves in Almaty we explore most of this vast country in our hunt for the best birds around.

But keep your eyes peeled on the horizon and the mountain sides as some very rare mammals live around here and you may be lucky enough to spot some of these animals such as ibex, blue sheep stoats and maybe even a snow leopard.
