Booking with Royle Safaris

So you have found the perfect tour for you?

Well once you have chosen the tour there are three very simple ways to complete your booking.

Once we have received your deposit we will send you an invoice confirming the payment and stating the remaining balance and when this is due as well as some further information regarding the tour. As all of our tours require a minimum number of people in order for the tour to run, we will send you confirmation when the tour has received the minimum number of bookings.

Once you have paid the balance of the holiday and the tour is confirmed with the minimum number of people in order for the tour to run we will send you an invoice confirming the booking and payment as well as the in depth pre-departure pack. This is usually with you within 10 days of receiving the final payment.

Before booking please make sure that you have read and understood the – Terms & Conditions

Also make sure you have adequate travel insurance which we need to confirm before departure.

Give one of our helpful wildlife consultants a call on 0845 226 8259 between 09:00-20:00 (with your credit or debit card and passport details). Confirmation will be instant (subject to availability). If there is no answer leave a message and we will get back to as soon as possible.
