Wildlife Holidays
Royle Safaris excels in providing innovative, quality safaris, wildlife holidays and wildlife tours to some of the most amazing destinations in the world. With a great selection of tours tailored to view some of the most charismatic and endangered animals on the planet we are sure you will find a tour which will take your fancy. We specialize in wildlife tours to countries which are often difficult to get to and navigate; however it is often these countries which provide some of the greatest wildlife spectacles.
All our tours are unique in that they are on a full board basis, a reference book library containing some of the best field guides needed for the region visited, a video library and DVD player available for evenings and bad weather days which contains wildlife documentaries related to the region we are visiting as well as having and English speaking professional zoologist each day. These unique points as well as others available on a tour by tour basis, coupled with maximizing the time spend viewing animals and the fact that a lot of our safaris visit countries and regions not offered by most other safari holiday providers, makes our tours and holidays the best for the true wildlife enthusiast.
Wildlife Tours
Travelling to some of the best locations for wildlife in the world we maximize the time spent in the field to find and view the focus of the holiday. With a qualified and professional zoologist acting as a guide and escort on each tour we aim to provide the best understanding of the animals we see on each safari.
As well as having an English zoologist on each tour we enlist the best local guides to help us in our search for the more endangered and hard to find animals. Whether it is trekking in the Bangladeshi rainforests in search of the rarest ape in the world western hoolock Gibbons or spotlighting during a nocturnal search for Tasmanian Devils in Australia we have a wide range of tours visiting countries all over the world.
Combing luxury with a passion for wildlife we believe we provide the best and most comprehensive wildlife tours and holidays.
Whale Watching Holidays
We have some brilliant tours which focus on the largest animals to share our planet. Come along to Argentina and find the orcas which beach themselves to prey upon the sea lions! Or enjoy leopards and blue whales in equal measure in a tour of Sri Lanka.
All our guides and escorts are passionate and have years of experience working and researching wildlife in the wild. Working in projects ranging from the rescue and research of cetaceans in Scotland, tracking and tagging of Spectacled bears in Ecuador and predator / prey relationships in Great White Sharks in South Africa we have a wealth of knowledge and experience which has enabled us to come up with the range or tours we provide.
Our tours do change and new itineraries and offers are available all the time so please keep visiting the site to keep up to date with our most current wildlife holidays, wildlife tours and safaris.
Tiger Safaris
Specializing in visiting India and finding the elusive tiger; we have a variety of different tours leaving for the central Indian parks and as a result we have a great chance of finding many tigers and observing some very interesting behaviour! We also offer a tour to southern India which will combine searching for tigers as well as some of the more endangered animals; and yes there are more endangered animals in India than tigers!!!
If you do not find the best tour for you on the current itineraries offered, please visit our tailor made tours page and contact us with information about your dream holiday and our team of wildlife and travel experts will get back to you with the best itinerary and price for you to accept if everything meets your requirements.
Our goal is not a selfish one but rather to showcase animals and parts of the world not often visited, and as a direct response to this we aid the local economy, increase the understanding and importance of the natural world to the indigenous people of the countries we visit and help to highlight areas of the world often left out of the more common environmental campaigns.
